Sixty national ADPC staff have attended the company’s first ever Tawteen Forum, held at ADPC headquarters.
The two-hour long Forum offered an opportunity for Emirati employees to learn more about the Tawteen Emiratisation programme underway in the company, and to offer suggestions about how to make it more effective, helpful and powerful.
The first guest to be invited to address the Forum, and to share not only his experiences of working in the UAE ports’ industry, but also hopes for the future of the country, was H.E. Hasan Mousa Al Qamzi, former Under-Secretary, Abu Dhabi Seaport Authority.
ADPC will hold Tawteen Forums every three months, inviting more distinguished Emirati guest speakers to share their knowledge and industry insights.
