His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, visited the ADPC stand as he officially opened the Gitex Technology Week at Dubai World Trade Centre. He was greeted by Capt Mohamed Al Shamisi, Vice President of ADPC Ports Operations, and shown details of Khalifa Port and Kizad (Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi) and looked at the latest 3D simulation of the megaproject (which will open in Q4 2012) unveiled at the leading technology event.
