Mohammed Bin Zayed restructures ADPC’s board

GENERAL SHEIKH MOHAMMED BIN ZAYED AL NAHYAN, CROWN PRINCE OF ABU DHABI, DEPUTY SUPREME COMMANDER OF THE UAE ARMED FORCES, AND CHAIRMAN OF THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL OF ABU DHABI, HAS ISSUED A RESOLUTION RESTRUCTURING ADPC.

General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, has issued a resolution restructuring the board of directors of Abu Dhabi Ports Company (ADPC), under the chairmanship of Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber.

The resolution stated that members of the ADPC board of directors are: Ali Mohammed Bin Hamaad Al Shamsi, Major General Fares Khalaf Al Mazrouie, Abu Bakr Sidiq Al Khoury, Eng. Awaida Murshed Ali Al Murar, Mohammed Juma Rashid bin Jarsh Al Falasi, Dr Saif Sultan Al Nasseri and Eng. Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazrouie.

The board will serve a term of three years, subject to renewal.

Established in 2006, ADPC’s core mandate is to develop and manage commercial and community marine facilities as well as world-class industrial zones in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
