ADPC has offered staff in its Head Office building, a free heart check-up, to mark World Heart Day.
The check-ups were conducted by staff from NMC Healthcare as part of an initiative to encourage ‘good heart health’ around the world. World Heart Day is a global campaign raising awareness of the importance of a fit and healthy heart.
The team from NMC Heathcare offered free medical check-ups and advice on healthy living between 10.00hrs and 14.00hrs. Staff were encouraged to take advantage of the free advice and to enter a competition to win simple heart monitoring devices to further underline the importance of good heart health.
