“Raise it up high to keep it high” was the slogan of the campaign initiated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
By directing the federal department, ministries and other government entities to hoist the flag simultaneously on 6 November at 12 Noon, he reminded everyone of the nation’s Flag Day which falls on 3 November and celebrates the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s accession as president of the UAE.
ADPC employees came together to raise the flag in an official ceremony at its headquarters next to Zayed Port, demonstrating unity and loyalty to the country and its leader.
