In line with the Department of Transport, Transport Regulations (General and Port Operations) 2010 Articles TP47/10 and TP48/10, Abu Dhabi Ports is authorised to provide, and not unreasonably withhold, licences for all commercial activities carried out within Abu Dhabi Ports’ port limits.

Our mission is to provide a sustainable competitive environment within the port areas, attracting and maintaining port users, by ensuring that all service providers meet and exceed minimum expected levels of service. For those activities covered under Licensing, only licenced operators will be permitted to operate within Abu Dhabi Ports port areas.
