Mina Zayed set a new container handling record as 69,211 TEU (Twenty foot Equivalent Container Units) were unloaded and loaded in July 2011.
Over 408,642 TEU’s have been handled at the container terminal year-to-date which amounts to an increase of 65% over the same period in 2010.
