Shahama’s location is a key advantage, thanks to its proximity (under 5 km) to the main Abu Dhabi-Dubai highway, as well as having direct access to all the surrounding residential areas.
Shahama Port is being transformed into a prime multipurpose port, and is set to become a hub for leisure and tourism, as well as for commercial usage. Once its development is completed, Shahama Port will become the largest one-stop-shop for leisure boat users, with dedicated slipways for boats and jet skis, wet and dry berthing facilities for more than 500 boats (up to 100ft), a marina clubhouse, picnic areas, restaurants, free car parking areas, security and lifeguard facilities.
