The port is located near Ruwais oil and gas facility and is perfectly positioned and equipped to service offshore oil and gas projects. RoRo and ferry services connect nearby Delma Island.
Mugharraq Port services nearby offshore oil and gas projects, including the prominent Hail and Gasha facility. It also handles general cargo, while providing the local area with key ferry and logistics connections. AD Ports Group is currently in the process of upgrading all port side services in the Al Dhafra Region, Mugharraq Port is included as part of this development project.
