Leading UAE manufacturer to enter GCC market via Kizad

West Coast Co. L.L.C., a leading provider of cleaning and waste management products and services in the UAE, is investing AED 60 million to set up a new manufacturing facility in the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (Kizad). With this investment, West Coast is expanding its business and targeting the GCC market.
The new manufacturing facility will be located in Kizad’s mixed used cluster and will cover an area of 215,996 sq.ft. The facility, which will commence operations in June this year, will be divided into two production lines within the same facility.
The first line will be focusing on the production of paper based products including facial tissues, toilet rolls and hand towels, and will have a production volume between 120-150 tons per month. The second line will focus on the production of plastic based products such as shopping and waste bags, and will have a production volume between 60-80 tons per month.

West Coast Company was established in 2000 by Al Mahaini in partnership with H.E. Jawaan Awaidha. In addition to the production of high quality paper and plastic based products, the company offers a wide range of high end services provided by its two main service divisions: waste management and general cleaning.
