AS PART OF A SCHEDULED UAE TOUR, ABU DHABI PORTS COMPANY WELCOMED DELEGATES FROM ASEAN (ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN NATIONS) TO KHALIFA PORT AND KIZAD (KHALIFA INDUSTRIAL ZONE ABU DHABI), WHERE THEY WERE SHOWN AROUND THE NEW STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITIES.
As part of a scheduled UAE tour, Abu Dhabi Ports Company welcomed delegates from ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) to Khalifa Port and Kizad (Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi), where they were shown around the new state-of-the-art facilities of the Gulf region’s only semi-automated, deep-water port and what is set to become the world’s largest industrial zone.
The ASEAN delegation included HE Mr. Ngoc Thach Tran – Ambassador of Vietnam, Mr. The Phong Nguyen – Senior Secretary to the Ambassador of Vietnam, HE Mr. Salman Alfarisi – Extraordinary Ambassador and Plenipotentiary to Indonesia, Mr. Putri Marisha Faruk – Third Secretary to the Ambassador of Indonesia, HE Mr. Ahmad Anwar Bin Adnan – Ambassador of Malaysia, Ms Mazita Binti Marzuki – Advisor to the Ambassador of Malaysia, HE Ms. Chatsinee Wutimananon – Ambassador of Thailand, Mr. Tachasit Prasittirat – Senior Secretary of Thailand, Mr. Alwi Selleh – Diplomatic Attaché of Brunei, Ms. Noraini Binti Haji Abd Karim – Senior Secretary of Brunei and Mr. Ravindran Alfreds – Senior Secretary of Singapore.
