ADPC welcomes Emirates School visit to World Ports and Trade Summit 2013
AS PART OF AN EXHIBITION TOUR PROVIDED BY ABU DHABI PORTS COMPANY (ADPC), STUDENTS FROM THE EMIRATES NATIONAL SCHOOL VISITED THE WORLD PORTS AND TRADE SUMMIT (WPTS) 2013.
As part of an exhibition tour provided by Abu Dhabi Ports Company (ADPC), students from the Emirates National School visited the World Ports and Trade Summit (WPTS) 2013.
Students were given a tour and then presentation on Abu Dhabi’s ports and the workings of the ports industry and its core activities, in general.
Conducting the tour, Jameela Al Junaibi, Marketing Manager, Ports Unit, ADPC, also introduced the students to WPTS exhibitors including: ADNOC, Abu Dhabi Terminals (ADT), National Bank of Abu Dhabi, and the General Administration of Customs.
Commenting on the Emirates School class trip, tour and presentation, Al Junaibi said:
“We are delighted to welcome students to the WPTS 2013 summit and to provide an educational tour showcasing the ports and maritime industry.”
“Clearly, the students of today are the potential ports industry’s leaders of tomorrow. We hope that the students found the visit of interest and that those with ideas of joining the maritime industry consider ADPC as a potential employer, in the future.”
