‘Developees’, (college and university graduates), have been part of the Abu Dhabi Ports culture since 2010, we continue to recruit developees with a focus on technical roles.
Student Scholarship Programme
We offer scholarships sponsoring students studying courses related to Abu Dhabi Ports business operations such as Marine Science, Engineering, and other technical programmes.
In 2014, Abu Dhabi Ports launched a comprehensive trainee initiative called NAWRUS (The National Way To Ramp Up Success). The initiative focuses on attracting young talent to join Abu Dhabi Ports operations as trainees so that they may enhance their workplace skills and on-the-job technical comprehension.
Abu Dhabi Ports implements the PIER Programme (Ports International Executive Road Programme), which was designed to advance our employee’s readiness for top leadership positions. The 18-48 month programme consists of three vital elements: Behavioural, Technical and Coaching.
Ports Pulse is spearheaded by our Emiratisation, HR & Administration Division. The programme seeks to promote the business continuity of Abu Dhabi Ports in preparation for any unforeseen incidents, or events which would compromise daily operations. The programme has been developed in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of the Executive Council (EC), as well as the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA).
