Since its inception in 2006, Abu Dhabi Ports, the master developer of both commercial and community ports, has become one of the most ambitious and progressive organizations in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. 

Abu Dhabi Ports has been accredited with the successful development of several ports in Abu Dhabi, from Al Sila in the far west of the emirate to the only semi-automated port in the Middle East, Khalifa Port, 40 kilometers away from Dubai.
